Presented by 519 Sports Online, in support of the Waterloo Region Suicide Prevention Council, this fun, scramble style tournament is open for all adults.

When: Thursday, July 9th, 2026 , tee off at 1:00pm.

Where: Conestoga Golf Course, 400 Golf Course Rd. Conestogo, Ontario. 

Cost: $130.00/per person, payable by cheque or EFT after registration. 

There are limited spaces available for individual registrations. As such, we highly encourage registration with full groups of 4.

FAQ’s

1. What is the format of the tournament?  The tournament will be a scramble format. 
2. Will there be any lunch or dinner served? Lunch and snacks will be served throughout the course. While no formal sit-down meal will be provided, there will be lots of good food at the different stations. 
3. Is it a shotgun start? It is a shotgun start at 1:00p.m. 
4. Are there prizes? You bet! We’ll have individual and team prizes for a few different categories – stay tuned!
