Team Up for Mental Health with the Cambridge Rivulettes!

Join the Waterloo Region Suicide Prevention Council on Friday, January 16th, to cheer on the Cambridge Rivulettes as they compete against the Waterloo Ravens for their Team Up for Mental Health night! The WRSPC Team will be at the game sharing free suicide prevention and mental health resources.

Date: Friday, January 16th, 2026 at 7:00pm.
