  • Made a plan to hurt yourself or someone else or end your life
  • Access to the means you’d use in this plan
  • Attempted suicide or hurt yourself before
 

If you are struggling with thoughts of suicide, you are not alone, and help is available. If any of the above apply to you, it’s time to get immediate help to ensure your safety. Call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room.

Integrated Crisis Center 

The ICC is located at 67 King Street, Kitchener, and is open from Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm). 

Individuals 18 years or older can access support to address mental health and/or substance use crises which can include suicidal thoughts.
