Suicide alertness during COVID-19

COVID-19 is affecting the lives of many of us in many ways, which may include taking a toll on our mental health. We’ve come together as a community to ensure the physical health and safety of those in our lives. Let’s also think about how we can come together to support each other mentally and emotionally, and let’s be alert for the possibility that individuals could be experiencing an increase in risk factors for suicide at this time. Take a look at this graphic sharing some risk factors, protective factors, and warning signs to watch for in those you are close to. Think about how you can enhance protective factors in your life and the lives of those you care for.
