April Break Wellbeing Passport

The Waterloo Region Suicide Prevention Council, in partnership with Front Door Children’s Mental Health Services, Lutherwood, the Waterloo Region District School Board, and the Waterloo Catholic District School Board, has put together a resource for families during their April school break. This resources, the “April Break Wellbeing Passport”, takes families on an adventure within their own home to learn about and practice different mental wellbeing and mental health activities.

Access the Passport Here as a digital booklet. The last two pages of the booklet contains tracking sheets. Save this booklet to your computer and fill it in either digitally or by printing it out. We also have alternative printable tracking sheets with larger spacing for those with larger printing.

As you and your family complete your passport stops, share your adventure with us on social media! Tag @WRSPC and #WellbeingPassport in your posts showing us your booklet entries, your passport stamps, or pictures or descriptions of your wellbeing activities.
