Last year, the Waterloo Region Suicide Prevention Council launched the first Winter Break Wellbeing Passport. The passport encouraged families to go on an adventure towards greater mental and physical wellbeing during the winter break. This year, we are excited to release an updated passport with some new activities that you can participate in on your own, or with friends, family and other loved ones!
You can access the digital Winter Wellbeing Passport booklet here. We encourage you to follow the wellbeing map in any order you choose, and to try at least one activity from each stop during your winter break. You can log your progress on the map provided (pg. 2 of the booklet), and feel free to share your adventures with us by tagging us on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) or using the #WRSPCWellbeingPassport.
