Linda Bender Suicide Prevention Training Bursary For Students
In honour of a strong advocate, supporter, and member of the council, Linda Bender, the Waterloo Region Suicide Prevention Council now provides bursaries for students and recent graduates looking to take suicide prevention trainings such as SafeTALK and ASIST training. To be eligible for this bursary, applicants must reside in Waterloo Region and be a current student or a recent graduate (graduated within the past year).
